Conference Center Services
Our conference center includes The Pavilions Room and The Boardroom. The Pavilions Room, located on the second floor, is an exterior window office that seats six people. It is centrally located next to the reception and welcoming area and is offered at hourly rates. The Boardroom is properly named in that its posh fixtures and seating for twenty in a traditional conference room seating arrangement distinguishes it from all others. It is located on the first floor. The Boardroom’s amenities include over 50 square feet of Walltalker™, an advanced wall covering system that acts as both a projection screen and dry erase marking wall. A television is provided to allow for the viewing of VHS videos and CDs. In addition, a sink and refrigerator are located in the Boardroom for your use. Beverage and catering services are available at an additional expense. The Boardroom is offered at daily rates.
The conference center at Pavilions Professional Center is a perfect location for mediations, multi-party depositions, and/or arbitrations. Accomplished mediators, such as Barbara Christiansen, Esq., of Employment Mediation Services, utilize the conference center in resolving complex employment disputes. Ms. Christiansen has gained the respect of employment attorneys for her ability to analyze complex employment theories, evaluate facts, and negotiate early resolution of the most challening employment cases.
